Terms and Conditions for Artwork Commissions✧By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:1. Payment
- Payment must be made in full before I begin the artwork/the sketch has been approved.
- Payments are accepted through PayPal only and are in USD.2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are not available once the sketch phase is completed.
- If I fail to provide updates or complete the artwork within one month, you are eligible for a refund upon request.3. Usage Rights
- You are allowed to use the commissioned artwork for any personal or non-commercial purposes, such as profile pictures, wallpapers, or printing for personal use, as long as proper credit is given to me as the artist.
- If the artwork is used for commercial purposes, you must discuss and negotiate licensing terms with me before the project begins.
- You may not claim the artwork as your own or remove my signature/watermark without prior permission.4. Process and Revisions
- I will provide updates during the sketch phase for your feedback and approval.
- Small revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. Additional revisions after approval may incur extra charges.5. Completion Time
- Completion time varies depending on the complexity of the piece, but I will provide an estimated timeline at the start.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but I will communicate these promptly.6. Artist’s Rights
- I retain the copyright to the artwork, including the right to post it in my portfolio, on social media, or for promotional purposes.
- If you wish for the commission to remain private or unpublished, please let me know in advance.
- I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.7. Prohibited Uses
- You may not use the commissioned artwork for NFTs, blockchain technology, or AI training datasets.
- You may not use the artwork for purposes that promote hate, discrimination, or illegal activities.8. Communication
- All communication will be conducted via Discord or other platform agreed upon.

Will Do:
- Original characters (OCs)
- Fan art
- NSFW (proof of being 18+ required)
- Animals/creatures
- Detailed backgrounds/environments
- Mild to heavy gore (blood, scars, etc.)Won’t Do:
- Racist, homophobic, or otherwise hateful content
- Pedophilia, incest, or anything involving child exploitation (CP)
- Mecha (complex mechanical designs)
- Anything that violates the rights of another artist or intellectual property✧⋄⋆⋅⋆⋄✧⋄⋆⋅⋆⋄✧Note: I am primarily an animal/furry artist. While you are welcome to request human characters, please understand that I personally don’t feel as skilled in this area. Be sure to review my examples to know what to expect before commissioning.
